GTM Engineer
$140K – $200K + equity
Design and build outbound infrastructure, CRM architectures, and AI-powered automation pipelines for our clients. You'll own the full GTM stack from enrichment through to booked meetings.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years building outbound systems (Clay, Apollo, Outreach, or similar)
- ✓Strong CRM skills — HubSpot or Salesforce admin-level configuration
- ✓Experience with N8N, Make, or Zapier for workflow orchestration
- ✓Comfortable writing light code (Python, JavaScript, or SQL) for data pipelines
- ✓Track record of generating measurable pipeline ($1M+ influenced)
Nice to Have
- ○Experience with AI/LLM integrations (Claude, OpenAI API)
- ○Background in B2B SaaS sales or demand generation
- ○Familiarity with email deliverability infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming)
Account Executive — GTM Services
$90K base + uncapped OTE $180K+
Own the full sales cycle for GTM11's engineering services. You'll run discovery calls, demo our infrastructure approach, and close mid-market and enterprise deals. This is a consultative, technical sale — you need to understand the GTM stack deeply enough to diagnose problems on calls.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years closing B2B SaaS or services deals ($30K+ ACV)
- ✓Experience selling to VP Sales, CROs, or Heads of Growth
- ✓Strong discovery skills — you ask the right questions and listen
- ✓Familiarity with outbound infrastructure, CRM, and sales automation tools
- ✓Self-sourcing pipeline through outbound and network
Nice to Have
- ○Previous experience at a services firm, agency, or consultancy
- ○Existing network of startup founders or revenue leaders
- ○Technical background or comfort talking about APIs, automation, and data
